Event Rental

• Rental rate is $75/hour + sales tax. Rental time begins at first arrival on confirmed date.

• Refundable $100 cleaning fee. The renter must clean the lodge for the deposit to be returned. Additional fees may apply. Trash bags and outdoor trash cans supplied.

• No smoking or pets allowed inside the lodge

• Amenities include:

  • Full kitchen with stove/oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, microwave

  • Living and dining area seating that may be rearranged to accommodate your event

  • Cast iron gas fireplace with remote control

  • Dining area seating and barstools at counter

  • Television and Wi-Fi

  • Spacious outdoor deck with Adirondack chairs/bench seating and room for card tables/chairs

  • Grill house with gas and charcoal grills

  • Outdoor fire pit with firewood provided

• Decorating guidelines:

  • Flower arrangements and freestanding decorations are welcome

  • No candles inside and no flammable materials on the deck; no glitter or confetti inside or outside
